Returns for authenticity reasons

• Any item purchased from our site qualifies for an unlimited return policy - in the unlikely event that an item is proven to be a replica, inauthentic, fake or counterfeit.

• This can be done by starting a return and providing a written statement from a third party, well-recognized, authentication expert.

• If you purchased an item from our site and it is deemed inauthentic by a well-recognized authentication expert, then we will take it back and offer a full refund, including shipping costs. 

How it works?

1) Contact a well-recognized authentication expert.

2) Ask the authentication expert to provide a summary of their findings in writing.

3) Send us a copy of the written documentation from the authentication expert. 

4) We will contact the authenticator to verify and discuss their concerns.

5) After this, we will make a final determination on the authenticity of the item.
